1 Killed, 2 Hurt in Collision on California 126
One person was killed and two others injured in a head-on collision Friday night on California 126 near Piru, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred shortly before 7 p.m. and involved two vehicles that collided near Pena Ranch Road, about a mile inside Ventura County’s eastern border.
Details about the victims were not immediately released, but authorities said the person who died had been ejected from a vehicle onto the roadway. The survivors were taken to area hospitals with minor injuries.
