Re “Mexican Supermarket Meets Obstacles in Anaheim,” Aug. 5: The treatment of the Gigante USA President Justo Frias by Anaheim city officials is racist. Reading the statements of these officials is painful. If these officials read their own statements they must be aware of how hollow they sound.
