Police Hold Man They Say Committed Lewd Act
Brea police, who patrol Yorba Linda under contract, are holding a Riverside County man they believe may have exposed himself to two women and tried to grab one of them.
Frank Kyle Salassa, 29, of Murrieta was arrested earlier this week on suspicion of committing a lewd act in public after police found him disrobing under an overpass at Esperanza Road and Yorba Linda Boulevard.
It is the same place where women saw a man exposing himself on Aug. 6 and Aug. 20. In one incident, he tried to grab a woman and drag her into the bushes. Detectives were watching the area because of the incidents when they saw and arrested Salassa.
