Motorist Fatally Shot on Harbor Freeway

A 50-year-old man was shot to death Tuesday while driving his car near the Exposition Boulevard exit of the Harbor Freeway, authorities said.
Three people in the other vehicle sped away after the 9 p.m. shooting, police said. Officers responding to the call searched the area around 39th Street and Grand Avenue late Tuesday. The attackers were not found.
The victim died at County-USC Medical Center, said Los Angeles Police Officer Jason Lee.
