Holiday Closings
Memorial Day will be observed Monday. The following schedule will be in effect:
City, county, state and federal offices will be closed.
County, state and federal courthouses will be closed.
Mail will not be delivered and post offices will be closed. Mail deposited in mailboxes will be picked up according to the posted holiday schedule.
City and county libraries will be closed.
Banks and savings and loans will be closed.
Public schools, community colleges, UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton and Chapman University will be closed.
OCTA buses will run on the Sunday service schedule.
Metrolink trains will not be running.
Trash will not be collected. Collections will be a day late for the rest of the week.
