Share

Bobbin Lee, a 6-year-old Ole’ mare, will try for her fifth win in a row in tonight’s third, a 4 1/2-furlong race for $5,000 fillies and mares.

Reclaimed by owner-trainer Zvi Kriple for $3,200 out of her last race -- a six-length victory Sept. 26 -- Bobbin Lee will be taking on another recent winner, Silky Goose, in the first leg of a pick six with a modest $8,656 carry-over.

Silky Goose, owned by Jose Avila and Adan Farias and trained by Farias, comes off a four-length win over $2,500 claimers Oct. 20. She gets a confident boost in class in going for her ninth victory in 19 starts and retains regular rider Ramon Guce.
