$10,000 Reward Offered in Boy’s Death

City officials offered a $10,000 reward Thursday for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who fired a gun on the Fourth of July and killed a 9-year-old boy.
Xavier Morales was hit by the stray bullet at Boisseranc Park.
