Man Arrested in Shooting Death

Police arrested a 35-year-old man as a suspect in a shooting death in Pico-Union that followed an argument with an older man.
The 11:55 a.m. shooting Friday in the 1800 block of West Pico Boulevard was preceded by an argument between the 48-year-old victim and Timothy James, Los Angeles Police Officer Renee Montoya said.
James was booked on suspicion of murder and held on $1-million bail.
