Man, 19, Killed in Apparent Gang Shooting

A 19-year-old man was killed early Saturday in an apparent gang-related shooting, Los Angeles police said.
Jack Franklin Pringle of Arleta was found dead in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 8700 block of De Soto Avenue about 1:40 a.m., after neighbors reported hearing shots, LAPD Lt. Ivan Minsal said.
