Righteous Brother Wants to Find Right Path

Share

A troubled third in the Governor’s Cup Futurity last month, Righteous Brother will try to rebound tonight in the $13,000 Crown Point Handicap.

The 2-year-old son of First Down Dash, owned by Pazazz Quarterhorses, Ltd. and trained by Connie Hall, will break from the outside in the field of six in the 350-yard race.

After winning his trial for the Governor’s Cup by 1 3/4 lengths, the California-bred was bumped at the start of the Futurity on June 21 and finished 1 1/2 lengths behind winner Metallic Lion.
