Update -- In what Coach Sigi Schmid termed the Galaxy’s toughest loss thus far, the Rapids upended the Galaxy last week in Denver, 1-0. In scoring their first win of the season, the Rapids did not allow the Galaxy to get a shot on goal. Galaxy defender Danny Califf, who has been in Fairfax, Va., training with the U.S. national team for the Confederations Cup in France later this month, will be in uniform today. Colorado midfielder Pablo Mastroeni, also called up by the national team, will rejoin the Rapids today as well.
