Door County: See it in summer

I was amused by the article “A Fine Kettle of Fish on Lake Michigan” (June 1). I grew up there and, believe it or not, have never gone to a fish boil. There are a lot of bones in them. A better meal is a Friday night fish fry, which is what most locals eat.

I enjoy going back in summer, but winters are another thing.
