Little League Official Accused of Grand Theft

A Little League baseball president has been accused of embezzling more than $11,000 from a snack bar fund.
Ricky Valentine Flores, 40, appeared for arraignment Monday in San Joaquin County Superior Court in Manteca on grand theft by embezzlement charges.
The felony carries a maximum sentence of three years in state prison.
Flores’ arraignment was continued until May 30 at the request of his attorney. He has not been arrested.
