Chapman University Gets Development OK
From Times Staff Reports
The City Council unanimously approved new planning guidelines Wednesday for Chapman University.
In addition to the 42 acres on the campus, the specific plan includes 17 acres west of Chapman that the university owns or is interested in. Chapman still would have to have projects approved by the city.
