A San Diego man has been jailed in Mexico after he allegedly crashed his car while driving while intoxicated, killing his 61-year-old wife.
Roy Warfield, 60, was detained Saturday after the crash on the toll road between the Mexican tourist towns of Ensenada and Rosarito Beach. A judge will determine whether there is sufficient reason for him to be tried on charges of involuntary manslaughter, driving while intoxicated and damaging federal property.
