The Emmy Awards ceremony is a month away but winners are already being announced, including Dan Castellaneta, who will be honored for the third time for his voice-over work as Homer Simpson and other characters on Fox’s “The Simpsons.”

Other Emmys announced this week by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences went to background stylist Seonna Hong for outstanding individual achievement in animation for work on Nickelodeon’s “My Life as a Teenage Robot,” and to costume designer Jef Billings and costume supervisor Regina Winters for outstanding costumes for a variety or music program for A&E;’s “Smucker’s Stars on Ice 2004.”

The academy said these categories were announced early because they are juried awards that don’t go through the usual nomination process.
