* Luke Plante, Lake Arrowhead Rim of the World: Scored 34 points in his third overtime game in a row, including a game-tying free throw to force the extra period, in an 83-79 Mojave River League win over Apple Valley.

* Chris Berry, Compton Centennial: Had 32 points and 13 rebounds in a 113-83 Bay/Ocean Crossover victory over North Torrance.

* Jessie Thompson, Temecula Valley: Scored 30 points in a 71-69 double overtime win over J.W. North.

* Brittany Grayvill, Ridgecrest Burroughs: Finished with 27 points and 12 rebounds to overcome a 12-point halftime deficit in a 51-49 Desert Sky league victory over Silverado.

BOYS’ SOCCER

* Ray Thagard and Mike Lefonts, Anaheim Servite: Thagard scored the winning goal in the 46th minute and Lefonts recorded 13 saves in a 1-0 Serra League victory over No. 1 ranked Santa Ana Mater Dei.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

* Hannah Hand, Flintridge Sacred Heart: Scored the game-winning goal off assists from Alexa Eckman and Katrina Payne in overtime in a 2-1 Mission League victory, its first over Chaminade in school history.

GIRLS’ WATER POLO

* Ashley Maher, Anaheim Savanna: Had four goals, including the game-winner with 10 seconds remaining in regulation, in a 6-5 win over Yucaipa in the second round of the Western Tournament.
