* Ashley Ferrell, Lakewood St. Joseph: Had 10 kills and six digs in a 25-21, 27-25, 25-18 Serra League victory over Torrance Bishop Montgomery, No. 2 in Division III-A. St. Joseph is No. 2 in Division III-AA.

* Austin Cooper, Downey: Had three goals in a 9-4 San Gabriel Valley League victory over Cerritos, No. 9 in Division II. Downey is No. 8 in Division III.

* Megan Swann, Ojai Nordhoff: Shot a school-record, three-under-par 33 at Soule Park Golf Course in a 262-309 Frontier League victory over Fillmore.

* Angela Park, Torrance: Shot five-under 29 over nine holes at Penmar Park Golf Course in Venice as the Tartars (11-0, 8-0) recorded the best team score relative to par in school history in a 180-244 Ocean League victory over Santa Monica.

* Katie Albright, Corona del Mar: Senior shot three-over-par 38 at the damp Newport Beach Country Club in a 222-224 Pacific Coast League victory over Irvine University.
