King/Drew Hospital Needs Emergency Help
Common sense dictates that there will be more patient deaths if King/Drew trauma center is closed. Why? Because treatment will inevitably be delayed because of distance and overcrowding. And common sense dictates that we badly need King/Drew as part of a medical response system in case of emergencies like earthquakes.
If this important trauma center and hospital are in trouble, why don’t we send crackerjack teams there to revamp the systems that need help?
