Masters Turns Into Tiger’s Sweet 16 Party

I must correct Tiger Woods on his comment that his father was not present at this Masters. Who do you think pushed that ball into the hole on No. 16?

Did anyone else notice that when Phil Mickelson was asked to assist Tiger Woods in putting on the green Jacket, Phil responded with a gleeful, “It would be my pleasure.” However, at no time did he and Tiger make eye contact, shake hands or even utter a single word to one another.

CBS really blew it. I got up at 5 a.m. Sunday on the chance that CBS would show the finishing nine holes of the third round of the Masters. This was arguably the highlight of the tournament.

However, not all was lost as Channel 2 was featuring an infomercial with 90-year-old Jack LaLanne giving a demonstration of a Veg-O-Matic! Man, it just doesn’t get any better than this. Way to go, CBS.
