Having sat out the final two games against the Washington Wizards, Miami Heat center Shaquille O’Neal could have at least 13 days off before Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals but the team is still concerned about his bruised right thigh.

“I asked [O’Neal] how he felt before [Saturday’s Game 4], and he said, ‘Depressed,’ ” Coach Stan Van Gundy said of O’Neal, injured in an April 17 collision with Indiana’s Jermaine O’Neal. “We’ll just have to see where he is whenever the next round starts.”
