Unbeaten Pistons End One Streak

Tayshaun Prince had 25 points on 10-for-13 shooting, and the Detroit Pistons emphatically ended an eight-game losing streak at Sacramento with a 102-88 victory over the Kings on Tuesday night.

Richard Hamilton had 21 points, and Ben Wallace had nine points and 14 rebounds as Detroit (4-0) used a 24-4 run spanning the third and fourth quarters to extend the club’s best start since 1996 with its first victory at Sacramento since Feb. 26, 1996.

Bonzi Wells scored 16 points for Sacramento. Peja Stojakovic, however, had only nine points on four-for-13 shooting.

Orlando 76, Houston 74 -- Steve Francis, booed often, scored 27 points and had two assists to Jameer Nelson for three-point baskets in the final two minutes to lead the Magic to its first victory in beating his former team at Houston.

Francis played for Houston from 1999 to 2004 and was traded in a deal in June 2004.

Yao Ming had 17 points for Houston, which made only 26 of 70 shots from the field.

Golden State 110, Milwaukee 103 -- Baron Davis had 20 points and 15 assists, and the Warriors made 13 of 27 three-point attempts at Milwaukee in handing the Bucks their first loss.

Mo Williams and Michael Redd had 21 points each for the Bucks.

Memphis 94, Seattle 69 -- Shane Battier and Pau Gasol each scored 20 points -- including 13 and 10, respectively, during a 27-14 third quarter -- at Memphis, Tenn., to help the Grizzlies end a six-game losing streak to the SuperSonics.

Ray Allen had 15 points for Seattle, 16.5 less than his average.
