Serial Flasher Exposes Himself to 3 Victims
A man dubbed the “Orange County Flasher” exposed himself to three women on Labor Day in this south Orange County city, authorities said.
Sheriff’s investigators say the perpetrator typically taunts his victims with lewd comments, jumps out from bushes naked, then runs away. More than 100 women have been victimized so far, the department said.
The man typically strikes in the early morning on weekends throughout South County. He is described as 25 to 35 years old, olive-skinned with a mustache, and with a slender and muscular build.
