Federal, state fire aid at $114 million

Officials say about $114 million in state and federal aid has been distributed following the wildfires of the last two months.
Currently, 18,605 Californians have registered for disaster assistance. Nearly 15,000 Federal Emergency Management Agency registrants have visited assistance centers seeking help.
So far about 8,139 FEMA inspections have been completed in disaster-designated counties.
The deadline to apply for federal and state disaster assistance is Jan. 9.
