BRINGING A past-his-prime David Beckham to the United States to sell soccer to Americans, notes sports editor Gabriel Ochoa of the Spanish-language newspaper La Opinion, would be like bringing a past-his-prime Shaquille O’Neal to Mexico to try to sell basketball to Mexicans....
