* Orlando 94, at Washington 82: Hedo Turkoglu scored 13 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter to help the Magic send the Wizards to their first 0-3 start since 1992. Washington led, 67-64, going into the fourth quarter but shot five for 25 the rest of the way. The Wizards trailed, 76-75, with just under six minutes left but then went the next three minutes without a point. It was announced Wizards forward Oleksiy Pecherov will be out six weeks because of a broken right ankle.

* New Jersey 93, at Philadelphia 88: Jason Kidd had a triple-double with 16 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists, and Richard Jefferson scored 22 points to lead the Nets. Kidd thwarted a late 76ers rally with a three-point basket from the left side to give the Nets an 86-80 lead. Kidd was dependable as he has always been for New Jersey, posting the 88th triple-double of his career and 50th with the Nets.

* Indiana 121, at Memphis 111: Mike Dunleavy had 27 points and eight rebounds to help the Pacers remain unbeaten. Dunleavy connected on 11 of 17 from the field as six Pacers finished in double figures. Kyle Lowry led Memphis with a career-high 19 points, and Pau Gasol finished with 18.

* at Dallas 123, Sacramento 102: Point guard J.J. Barea made the most of his first NBA start, making nine of 11 shots for a career-high 25 points for the Mavericks. Josh Howard, who sat out the first two games because of a suspension, led Dallas with 27 points.

* at Houston 89, Portland 80: Yao Ming had 21 points and 12 rebounds and Tracy McGrady had 20 points and six assists as the Rockets improved to 3-0 for the first time since the 1996-97 season. Yao scored eight points and McGrady five in the second half, but the Rockets stayed in control with their defense, forcing 18 turnovers and holding the Blazers to 41% shooting (31 for 76) for the game.

* at Utah 133, Golden State 110: Deron Williams scored 16 of his 30 points in the fourth quarter, and the Jazz made a franchise-record 12 three-pointers. Utah was 12 for 16 from three-point range, breaking the previous record of 10, set on Nov. 23, 1994, against Seattle.

* at Milwaukee 78, Chicago 72: With the win, the Bucks ended a 15-game losing streak to Central Division opponents dating to last season, and kept the Bulls winless through the first week of the season.
