Re “L.A. Unified launches solar plan,” Feb. 10
The priorities of the Los Angeles Unified School District are severely out of whack. As California teachers are bracing for an unprecedented wave of layoffs, the district announces a whopping $350-million plan to install solar panels on its buildings. The LAUSD says its plan will save energy and provide economic stimulus.
Whatever happened to educating the children?
