A 37-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of being AWOL from the Army since 1999, records show.
Giselle Flynn was booked into the Las Colinas Detention Center shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday after being arrested by El Cajon police. She is being held without bail on a desertion charge.
