at UC Santa Barbara 68, UC Irvine 61: James Powell scored 19 points and made a three-pointer with 1:54 left to give the Gauchos, 7-8 overall and 1-2 in the Big West Conference, the victory. The Anteaters (3-11, 1-1) got 13 points from freshman Eric Wise.

Long Beach State 74, at Pacific 64: Stephan Gilling scored 19 points for the 49ers (8-7, 3-0 Big West), who shot 58% from the field in the second half to take control after trailing by five points at halftime. Chad Troyer had 15 points to lead Pacific (8-5, 1-1).

at UC Davis 65, UC Riverside 58: Mark Payne had 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Aggies (6-9, 1-1 Big West). Kyle Austin had 17 points and five rebounds and Aaron Scott had 11 points and eight rebounds for the Highlanders (9-5, 2-1).

Cal State Fullerton 86, at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 82: Josh Akognon scored 26 points for the Titans (7-8, 1-2 Big West), including two key free throws with 33 seconds left. Chaz Thomas had a season-high 23 points for the Mustangs (3-10, 0-3).
