A 4.2 earthquake struck near this Ventura County town Friday, but there were no reports of injuries or damage.
The temblor hit at 1:27 p.m. four miles east of Ojai and about 60 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles. It was felt in parts of Ventura County and surrounding areas.
The quake was among several to hit the region in recent weeks, including one near Westlake Village and several in the Yorba Linda area.
