UCLA basketball: An advance box in Friday’s Sports section said UCLA’s game today against Washington State would start at 7:30 p.m. It starts at 1 p.m.

Ex-Vernon mayor: A California Briefing item in Friday’s Section A on the sentencing of former Vernon Mayor Leonis Malburg for voter fraud and conspiracy said his political career in the tiny industrial city in southeast Los Angeles County spanned more than half a decade. It lasted more than half a century.

Cyber-security: An article in Tuesday’s Business section about defense firms that are focusing on developing ways to protect computers from hackers said Lockheed Martin Corp. had built a 5,000-square-foot cyber-security facility in Gaithersburg, Md. The building is 25,000 square feet.

Phyllo recipe: A Jan. 20 recipe for cheese-and-spinach phyllo rolls omitted the oven temperature. The oven should be heated to 400 degrees.

CalPERS investments: An article in Wednesday’s Business section about the 2009 investment performance of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System said the pension fund’s internal benchmark for its private equity portfolio was 45.2% for the first nine months of the year, and that CalPERS’ return was drastically below that at minus 6%. CalPERS said Friday that it had misstated its benchmark, which was actually minus 4%.
