SUNDAY

Given Broadway’s penchant for turning just about anything into a musical, here’s an idea: Take “The 66th Annual Tony Awards,” hosted once again by Neil Patrick Harris, and make it into an actual Broadway show. Maybe it’d win a Tony. (CBS, 8 p.m.)

Let teens and tweens have their “Twilight” tales. For adults of more discriminating, um, tastes, there’s the fifth-season premiere of the vampirical drama “True Blood.” With Stephen Moyer, below left, Alexander Skarsgard and Lucy Griffiths. (HBO, 9 p.m.)

MONDAY

Shall we play a game? Pac-Man, Pong or Donkey Kong? Halo, Call of Duty or Madden NFL? Angry Birds? Words With Friends? See if your favorite made the list in a five-night countdown of the “Top 100 Video Games of All Time.” (G4, 8 p.m.)

TUESDAY

Let’s pretend for a moment it’s Lakers vs. Clippers. OK, moment’s over. Sadly, the hometown teams fell short in the playoffs, so at press time it’ll be the Heat or the Celtics versus the Thunder or the Spurs at the tip-off of the “2012 NBA Finals.” (ABC, 6 p.m.)

WEDNESDAY

“Who shot J.R.?” In 1980, that was the question. Soon enough it could be “Who’ll be next to shoot J.R.?” when Larry Hagman reprises his role as the slippery Texas oilman in the brand new reboot of the primetime soap “Dallas.” (TNT, 9 and 10:15 p.m.)

THURSDAY

George H.W. Bush — Navy pilot during WWII, congressman from Texas, U.S. envoy to China, CIA director, Ronald Reagan’s vice president and finally president of the United States — reflects on his life and times in the new documentary “41.” (HBO, 9 p.m.)

FRIDAY

Hurry, hurry! Step right up! See tightrope walker Nik Wallenda, scion of legendary circus family the Flying Wallendas, defy death for your delectation and/or dread in the special “Megastunts – Highwire Over Niagara Falls – Live!” (ABC, 9 p.m.)

SATURDAY

Ryan Gosling, below, suits up for sexy shenanigans with “Easy A’s” Emma Stone in the underappreciated 2011 romantic comedy-drama “Crazy, Stupid, Love.” Steve Carell, Julianne Moore, Kevin Bacon and Marisa Tomei also star. (HBO, 8 p.m.)
