Caught Red Handed: Shoplifters are the targets in this new series that follows a team of undercover store detectives (9:30 p.m. TRU).
Chopped: In the new episode “Unsung Heroes,” chefs use their culinary talents to do good in their communities (10 p.m. Food).
Sons of Anarchy: Jax gets closer to the truth but still faces obstacles in this new episode (10 p.m. FX).
Covert Affairs: After an important CIA asset goes missing while in protective custody, Annie (Piper Perabo) joins forces with Eyal (Oded Fehr) to track her down before she’s lost to them. Michelle Nolden, Tovah Feldshuh and Haaz Sleiman also star in this new episode (10 p.m. USA).
