Space Shuttle Columbia: Mission of Hope: When Israeli astronaut Ilan Ramon boarded the ill-fated space shuttle Columbia on Jan. 16, 2003, he carried with him a Torah scroll that had survived the Holocaust. This new documentary explores the journey of the scroll, from prewar Europe to Israel to the United States and into space aboard Columbia, which disintegrated upon re-entry (9 p.m. KOCE).
