Sharon Osbourne rips Kanye West, calls him ‘average talent’

Sharon Osbourne has decided Kanye West is not only not a god -- he’s not even that talented.

“He’s an average-looking guy with an average talent,” the co-host of CBS’ “The Talk” said on Thursday’s show.

Mrs. O’s dig was part of a “Talk” backlash against the rapper, who has been even more boastful than usual while promoting his new album “Yeezus.” In one interview, West -- who just had a baby named North with Kim Kardashian -- called himself the “No. 1 living and breathing rock star” and compared himself favorably with Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison.

“I think it’s his thing, he puts on this shtick,” Osbourne said of West’s grandiosity.

In the Nice Person Department, she’s convinced that West doesn’t compete with her husband, Ozzy, the perpetually addled, hard-to-comprehend heavy-metal singer.

“My husband’s under the radar with no ego,” Osbourne said proudly.

Under the radar? That’s a funny way to describe a man who once bit the head off a bat during a live stage show.
