Grey’s Anatomy While Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) handles the case of a woman who’s expecting quadruplets, Richard (James Pickens Jr.) makes some baffling staffing changes. Rita Moreno, Casey Wilson and Lance Henriksen guest star. 8 p.m. ABC

Top Chef The two remaining chefs get help mentors and former competitors as they prepare meals for a dining room filled with such A-list culinary figures as Emeril Lagasse, Charlie Palmer, Dominique Crenn, Jonathan Beno, Hubert Keller and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, in the season finale. 9 p.m. Bravo
Cooks vs. Cons Geoffrey Zakarian hosts this offbeat new six-episode unscripted series that pits talented home cooks against professional chefs. A rotating panel of judges, including Kardea Brown, Josh Elkin, Graham Elliot and Daphne Oz, selects the winners, without knowing if the meals were prepared by the professionals or the home cooks. 9 p.m. Food
Project Runway All Stars The designers celebrate Baroque fashion by creating couture-inspired gowns. Keren Craig and Coco Rocha join the panel as guest judges. 9 p.m. Lifetime
Shades of Blue It’s finally time for the robbery of the armored truck, but unforeseen circumstances develop in the new episode. Jennifer Lopez, Ray Liotta, Drea de Matteo and Vincent Laresca star. 10 p.m. NBC
How to Get Away With Murder The drama wraps up its second season as Annalise (Viola Davis) decides to get away from the various pressures that have been bearing down on her. 10 p.m. ABC
Vikings An air of betrayal hangs in the air at the Paris Court, where some whom Odo (Owen Roe) trusts plot against him. 10 p.m. History
The Real World: Go Big or Go Home The venerable unscripted series returns for its 30th season with a new batch of residents. 10 p.m. MTV
Colony Following a kidnapping by the resistance, Los Angeles block is placed on lockdown in the season finale. Josh Holloway, Sarah Wayne Callies, Peter Jacobson, Alex Neustaedter and Tory Kittles star. 10 p.m. USA
60 Days In Maryum Ali, the eldest daughter of boxer Muhammad Ali, joins the program and fits in with her fellow inmates in the undercover jailhouse series. 10 p.m. A&E
