Would you give up a kidney for cash or pay cash for a stranger’s kidney? These are among the issues examined in the new exposé “Tales From the Organ Trade.” 9 p.m. HBO

TUESDAY

Remember Coach (Damon Wayans Jr.)? He was only in the pilot, so probably not, but now he’s back on a new “New Girl.” 9 p.m. Fox

Jimi Hendrix, the greatest rock guitarist of all time, period, end of discussion, is seen and heard in rare concert footage on a new “American Masters.” Now excuse him while he kisses the sky. 9 p.m. KOCE

A man called “Possum”: Alan Jackson and George Strait pay tribute to the late, great country crooner George Jones at “The 47th Annual CMA Awards.” Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood return as co-hosts. 8 p.m. ABC
