Law & Order: Special Victims Unit After accusing his squad of cooking the books and making rape allegations disappear, an officer (Marc Menchaca) lands in a psychiatric ward. Internal affairs asks the SVU to help investigate, using Brian (Dean Winters) as an undercover plant. Ice-T and Dann Florek also star in this new episode. 9 p.m. NBC

The Tomorrow People This re-imagining of a British series from the 1970s is set in modern-day New York and stars Robbie Amell as a high-school student who learns he’s a highly evolved form of human with special powers — and he’s not alone. Luke Mitchell, Peyton List and Mark Pellegrino also star. 9 p.m. KTLA
