Narciso Rodriguez for Kohl’s DesigNation arrives

Narciso Rodriguez’s limited-edition collection for Kohl’s DesigNation has arrived in stores and online, as of Wednesday. The collection was inspired by a trip to Turkey and features misses’ outerwear, dresses, skirts, pants and shirts with prices ranging from $30 to $150. There are more than 100 pieces, and 30 of the styles will be available only on Kohls.com. This is the inaugural offering in Kohl’s DesigNation series.

Events

Toni & Guy in Newport Beach plans an evening of beauty beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday featuring cosmetic surgeon Dr. Robert Kessler. Speakers will discuss fall hair, beauty trends and plastic surgery options. A fashion show, complimentary hairstyle consultations, refreshments and giveaways are also on the night’s agenda. Jewelry designer Alexis Bittar is scheduled to be on hand to show his latest collection from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Neiman Marcus, Beverly Hills. The event will be in the designer jewelry department on the first level of the store at 9700 Wilshire Blvd.

Bridal couture label St. Pucchi Couture is celebrating the opening of its flagship store in Sunset Plaza with a special event from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in conjunction with A Soolip Wedding and Bridal Bar. Music, refreshments, a raffle and giveaways are planned. St. Pucchi is at 8649 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood.

Jewelry by Liza Shtromberg and Works of Art Hair Studio are presenting “Bridal Art: Step Out of the Box” from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday. A collection of local artisans will be on hand, showcasing gowns, rings, floral arrangements , lingerie, photography, catering and more. Hammitt Los Angeles is planning its first ever sample sale from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the courtyard of its office at 934 Hermosa Ave., Hermosa Beach. Stuart Weitzman’s spring 2013 collection is to be shown from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Nov. 14 at the store at 437 N. Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills.

Openings

Jeweler David Webb has opened its first West Coast flagship at 9621 Brighton Way, Beverly Hills. The jewelry is all made in America, and Webb’s designs have been worn on the red carpet by celebrities including Cameron Diaz, Renee Zellweger, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner, Eva Mendes, Jennifer Lopez and Sofia Vergara. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

H&M; has opened new stores at Main Place in Santa Ana and Puente Hills Mall. The store at Main Place, 2800 N. Main St., encompasses 20,000 square feet. The Puente Hills store, 1600 S. Azusa Ave., City of Industry, is 21,618 square feet.

Forever 21 has opened a new store of more than 117,000 square feet at Westfield Santa Anita, 400 S. Baldwin Ave., Arcadia.

Fendi has reopened its 2,800-square-foot boutique at South Coast Plaza, 3333 Bristol St., Costa Mesa. It’s located on the first level, near Macy’s.
