There’s an app for the Chrome Internet browser called Fierify, and it adds a mini Guy Fieri to every Web page. While you’re online shopping, stalking people on Facebook and paying for your car registration fees online, the TV personality and chef will be there with his spiky yellow hair and a catchphrase.

“Love, peace and taco grease.”

“Dude, I’ve been stricken by the chicken.”

“What a hot Frisbee of fun.”

These are just a few of the messages that pop out of his mouth when he appears on your page, most from his Food Network show “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” also known as “Triple D.”

Sometimes he lingers off to the left, and sometimes to the right. Appearing fully only when you hover over his head. And other times he’s hanging out at the bottom of your screen, waiting for you to summon him for another zinger.

“I loved the animations and catchphrases from his restaurant’s site so much that I made it available web-wide,” wrote the apps creator for Chrome. “This is not intended to imply Guy Fieri’s endorsement, I just love his show.”

If you’ve been looking for the perfect prank to pull on a co-worker, this would be it.

If I hosted “Triple D” it would be chili cheese fries and burritos on repeat. Follow me on Twitter @Jenn_Harris_
