If you’re looking for vegan options this Thanksgiving, here are some restaurants and bakeries to consider:

Alchemy Food and Juice Lab is making a raw, vegan, organic pumpkin cheesecake called Punkin Pie, available to order for Thanksgiving. eLOVate vegan kitchen and juicery is offering a prix-fixe vegan Thanksgiving dinner to-go. Highlights include a vegan stuffed roast, cauliflower mashed potatoes, maple balsamic Brussels sprouts, “bacon” mac-and-cheese and a whole vegan pumpkin cheesecake. Dinners must be pre-ordered by Sunday and can be picked up before noon on Thanksgiving Day. Cafe Gratitude Arts District will give away free Thanksgiving meals from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., or until they run out. Dishes include a red lentil butternut squash holiday loaf; raw pecan, cranberry apple stuffing; mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy; roasted vegetables with rosemary; mixed greens with persimmon, pomegranate and balsamic vinaigrette; pumpkin pie; and an apple-and-pomegranate spritzer. 300 S. Crossroads will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Thanksgiving Day. A $75 prix-fixe meal will include butternut squash bisque; a chopped salad; rosemary and hazelnut scaloppini; mashed potatoes; stuffing (available gluten free); Brussels sprouts; sweet potato biscuits; and pumpkin mousse verrine or apple cobbler. The Golden Mean Cafe in Santa Monica is making vegan meals to pick up and enjoy on Thanksgiving Day. Items include marinated vegan turkey; cornbread stuffing; cranberry chutney; mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy; sauteed kale with garlic and orange peel; gluten-free pumpkin pie, bars and brownies; and specialty whole cakes. Orders will be accepted through Nov. 25. The cafe will be closed for everything except pickups on Thanksgiving Day. Real Food Daily will have a full Thanksgiving meal available for pre-order with a faux turkey breast; butternut squash bisque; yams topped with marshmallows; mashed potatoes and parsnips; roasted root vegetables; mushroom gravy; cranberry relish; and a slice of pumpkin pie. The meal is $45 per person. Organic pies are also available for order, including a deep-dish pumpkin pie ($35) and a deep-dish pecan pie ($45). Shojin, the vegan Japanese restaurant in downtown Los Angeles and in Culver City, will be open from noon to 10 p.m. Thanksgiving Day serving a special Thanksgiving tasting menu, as well as the restaurant’s regular menu.
