The Grill on Hollywood will host a dinner with winemaker and actor Kurt Russell Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. The dinner will feature selections from Russell’s label GoGi Wines. There will be a five-course meal with dishes created to highlight each wine’s flavor profile. Russell will present the wines and discuss his passion for winemaking and the philosophy behind the wines. The cost is $90 per person. FIX restaurant at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas has launched a late-night dining menu that will be served from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. The menu consists of dishes such as the fresh beef carpaccio, lobster tacos with grilled mango, kobe chili cheese fries, fish and chips and more. 36000 Las Vegas Blvd., (702) 693-8300, https://www.bellagio.com.

Supperclub and Nic’s Beverly Hills have both launched new menus. Supperclub’s fall menu consists of three acts, including a tuna sashimi starter, a lamb ragout and oven-roasted beef tenderloin, and to finish, pumpkin creme brulee and a cornflake cookie. Nic’s will host a special pop-up dinner series beginning Sunday with a four-course Vietnamese dinner by Kim Vu from Vucasios. Dishes include a baby squid salad, nam vang noodles, shaken beef or chicken, and cafe sua da panna cotta. Dinner is $80 per person.
