Latino businesses: An article in the Sept. 18 Business section about chief executives urging greater recognition of the growing Latino market said that Anne Shen Smith, chief executive of Southern California Gas Co., noted that 77% of the top 50 employees at her company are Latino. It should have said 14% are Latino.
Cal State tuition vote: In the Sept. 20 LATExtra section, a caption with photos of the Cal State Board of Trustees meeting at which a tuition hike was approved said Chancellor Charles B. Reed voted for the increase. Reed did not cast a vote on the issue.
