Possible gunman reported at Veterans Affairs clinic in North Hills
Los Angeles police have cordoned off an area around the Veterans Affairs North Hills Clinic following a report of a man with a gun, officials said.
Someone called police about 8:42 a.m., saying they may have seen a man with a gun, authorities said. The clinic has not been evacuated, and no arrests have been made, they said.
The incident is the second at an L.A.-area Veterans Affairs medical facility in recent months.
In April, a VA hospital in West L.A. was evacuated after a replica grenade was found on the premises.
