A man was killed Tuesday morning when a car crashed into a bus stop in North Hills, officials said.

The man and a woman were waiting at the bus stop about 10:42 a.m. in the 8700 block of Sepulveda Boulevard, when they were struck by a car, said Det. Meghan Aguilar of the Los Angeles Police Department.

The car apparently collided with another vehicle at Sepulveda and Parthenia Street. The driver of the car then crashed into the bus stop, she said.
