Granada Hills man killed in three-vehicle crash on 118 Freeway
A 21-year-old driver was killed early Sunday when he lost control of his car and slammed into a guardrail on the 118 Freeway in Mission Hills, authorities said.
The victim, a Granada Hills man who has not been identified, was driving westbound on the 118 when the 2003 Pontiac he was driving crashed about 2:50 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Another vehicle hit the Pontiac after it crashed into the guardrail, authorities said. The two cars were then struck by a third vehicle.
An investigation of the crash is continuing.
