Los Angeles City Councilman Eric Garcetti and City Controller Wendy Greuel will square off at 5:30 p.m. Sunday for a mayor’s race debate that will be live-streamed on latimes.com and broadcast on our sister TV station, KTLA-TV Channel 5.
