Baseball: Bracket released for Boras Classic
The bracket for South teams has been released for the Boras Classic that will take place April 18-21.
The first-round matchups:
At JSerra: El Toro vs. Corona; Orange Lutheran vs. Gahr; Chatsworth vs. Vista Murrieta; Mira Costa vs. JSerra.
At Mater Dei: Notre Dame vs. Aliso Niguel; Damien vs. Huntington Beach; Corona Santiago vs. Bishop Amat; Mater Dei vs. La Mirada.
The championship game is April 21 at 6 p.m. at JSerra.
It’s quite a group of top teams in baseball. Mira Costa is the defending champion.
