Baseball: Carson Rudd, Phil Quartararo having huge seasons for Oaks Christian

Oaks Christian is 14-4 and 6-1 in Marmonte League baseball, and two players are having huge seaons for the Lions.

Junior pitcher Carson Rudd, a Stanford commit, is 6-0 with an 0.17 ERA. He has allowed one run in 40 innings, striking out 38 and walking seven.

Senior first baseman Phil Quartararo has been a surprise hitting standout. He’s batting .541 with three home runs and 17 RBIs.
