Baseball: Matt Whisenant leaves Village Christian to take over La Canada program
Matt Whisenant has been hired to be the baseball coach at La Canada.
He’s a La Canada grad, a member of the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame and pitched in the major leagues.
He has been head coach at Village Christian since 2008.
